Udo Weixelbaumer

Udo looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the shoe business. He worked as a Director of Research & Development at different European shoe companies (at last at Mephisto, France). Moreover he was a freelance consultant for shoe companies in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, USA, India and China, where he has built a worldwide network of experts and partners.

Core competencies: Product Development, Material Science and Foot Ergonomics (orthopaedics and comfort shoes)

Harald Parzer

Harald Parzer is a qualified shoe sole modeller and can look back on over 20 years experience in the shoe industry (among others in the field of the orthopedically shoes).

Core competencies: building of prototypes and preproduction models as well as transition to mass production.

Michael Gugenberger

Michael Gugenberger graduated in 2007 from the Arkansas State University with a MBA degree and he is just about to finish his further education in Design and Product Management at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.

Core competencies: Strategic design, Product Management and Marketing

Lucyna Halwa

Mag. Lucyna Halwa graduated in 2004 with a Masters of Laws degree from the University of Wroclaw (Breslau, Poland). Having completed her studies, she moved to Austria where she worked in various companies in the field of sales and customer service.

Core competencies: organisation, sales and customer support
